The Cottage
Looking for a quaint and intimate space to host your next small party or family gathering? Look no further than The Cottage at Pigeon Cove. With its cozy interior and picturesque surroundings, it’s the perfect venue for creating cherished memories with your loved ones.
The Cottage is a charming tea room that offers a perfect setting for bridal & baby showers, birthdays and more. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that all your event needs are met and that your guests have a wonderful time.
Weddings:
The Cottage also doubles as a beautiful bridal cottage for your bridal party and VIP guests. Our Dove wedding package includes exclusive use of The Cottage on your special day, making it the perfect setting for getting ready with your bridal party before saying “I do”.
The Barn
For larger events and weddings, look no further than The Barn at Pigeon Cove. This spacious venue offers rustic charm with modern amenities, making it the perfect backdrop for your special day.
With its open floor plan and beautiful surroundings, it’s the ideal location for hosting parties, family gatherings, and other celebrations. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that your event is a success and that your guests have a memorable experience.
Weddings:
Our wedding packages for The Barn include exclusive use of the venue for the entire day. This allows you to fully customize the space to fit your unique style and vision. From decorations to catering, our team will assist you every step of the way to create a truly unforgettable wedding day.
Event Packages
Party Package
$900
/ 4 hours
- $300 security deposit (returned after event if no damage)
- Accommodates up to 80 guests.
- Use of the Barn Venue with round tables & chairs.
- Additional seating throughout Barn included.
- Rectangle tables for food/beverages.
- Galvanized ice containers.
- Vintage tractor and Amish Wagon photo ops.
- Corn Hole
- Vintage mechanical horse (for kids only).
- Access to kitchen cooler/freezer.
Cottage Package
$350
/ 3 hours
- $100 security deposit (returned after event if no damage)
- The Cottage has seating for 18 and comes complete with all linens, service & silverware, china, tea cups/tea pots, tiered trays, assorted teas & coffee, and exquisite décor. Set up/clean up included.
Dove Package
$5,000
/ All Day
- $1,000 security deposit (returned after event if no damage)
- Use of the Barn & Cottage Venues from 9:00 am – 11:00 pm.
- Includes all day use of air conditioned Cottage for Bridal Party and/or VIP guests.
- Accommodates up to 120 guests.
- Includes 15 round tables/8 seats per table.
- 8 ft & 6 ft rectangle banquet tables for food/beverages.
- Pedestal galvanized ice containers.
- Antique settee photo op.
- Vintage photo ops with tractor/Amish Wagon if desired.
- Farmhouse wood table for cake/gifts.
- Rolling wood wall backdrops (2).
- Corn Hole games if desired.
- Mechanical horse if desired (for kids only).
- Access to kitchen, walk-in cooler and freezer.
- Elegant evening lighting.
Decor Package
$1,200
- Services provided by our professional decorator.
- Includes set up for 15 round tables, rectangle buffet/beverage tables, head table for bride & groom, cake/gift table, guest sign in table, rolling wall backdrop decor.
- Each round table is set with linens, runner or overlay, chargers, centerpiece, and slip covers for 8 chairs.
- Includes coordinating decor for rectangle tables, cake table & sign in table.
- Decor assembly on rolling wood backdrop if desired.
- Set/up & take/down fee included.
- Includes consultation meeting with owner of Gather & Seek Vintique.
